[Events - Feedback] I would like to schedule posts the same way

As a server owner/moderator and a game developer, I would like to have a feature similar to Events to schedule posting an important info to a channel with a mention to specific users.

I would like to add an image (if possible), text, and link, then schedule it to a selected channel.

As of today, I or another social media employee are waiting for the time to come and then copy paste a link, text, imagery with a correct @mention on a correct #channel. That's a liability, especially for those not living in US timezone. I was so hopeful about Event scheduling, but... it turned out to be for streamer's only.
