Something's Going On Here

This "Error" is the stupidest thing I have ever seen I've been locked out of my account for over 2 months. because my original account was deleted with my phone number on it I cannot use that phone number for a new account because of this every time I get the "Error" I have to make a new account as I have no secondary phone number I can use
