Add "Seen now" feature to the text chat

I Suggest you to add the "Seen now" feature which is already exists at Another social media apps, And the idea of the feature is that when a person sends a message to someone else in the Direct Messages, It will appear to you that he has seen the message bellow. And I think that it will be an awesome feature to be in Discord.

  I personally believe this should be a Toggled feature. Sometimes i read messages and don't want to answer them
