Feature to toggle off mobile symbol when on online mode

Been seeing a lot of posts and complaints regarding this, both for and against. Rather than completely turning it off, you can make a feature somewhere in the settings category that either allows or disallows the mobile symbol to show whilst being online (and, of course, on mobile).
