Duplicated Profiles in call
Changing user names to a similar one as another and changing your discord unique ID to another user's causes a duplication of their profile in voice channels. For example; My name being "Big" another user being "big" with the same unique ID would cause our profile to duplicate once we spoke at the same time in the voice channel. Adding more users with similar names and the same unique ID would cause the duplication to happen more aggressively. For example; user names Big, big, bIg, BIG, biG and B1G with the same unique ID would cause the user profile to duplicate to almost extinction. I also have screenshots to provide evidence of issue.

each user can be called whatever he wants and it is his right to make his nickname similar to yours or not

Not what I'm saying. it literally duplicated our profiles while in call. There would be only 4 of us and after taking turns talking it would duplicate and have 1000+ profiles
