EVERYONE to all people (connected & not connected) in BIG SERVERS

I am a creator and content and I use discord, among other things, to notify when me stream start. When I reach +1000 people in Discord, I only can notify to people connected.

I SUGGEST that being able to send @EVERYONE to everyone connected and not connected could be a feature that can be activated or deactivated on large servers.
