Mention role permissions is turned on when I create a new role

Mention role permissions is turned on when I create a new role. It's like I'm creating a new role but what if each role is ready and I check again for sure but each role has Mention permissions that "turn on" and I have a lot of work to close all those permissions. I hope Discord can see this and fix it .
