Discord Server Problems (new System Request)

I dont know if the Owners of Discord realize the Problems of Discord Servers.
Lots of People just create accounts to promote Discord Server, Bad Link, Scam or other Things on lots of Discord Servers. I know Discord have made a Anti-Spam filter but these problems also exist. I recommend that Discord made a System for Community Servers (Servers with over 1000 People) a System in the Server settings where the Owner or Admins can add Blacklistet words and so on so when the Owner say in the Settings nobody can send links or invite links that when a user send a invite link then the User gets all roles removed and The Server is reportet to Discord and when a user send a link he gets only all roles removed. Yes you might think that for that Problems are Bots, but the Bots only remove the message and users get a push message with the spam Server and also Bots not remove all roles and automatically report the Servers.

I hope some users also think that is a good idea and discord hopefully add this Feature.
