Game Activity Status

Recently, my large company has started moving to Discord for chatting. Though, I had mainly used it to game with my friends. I want my friends to see if I'm on - but I do not want to advertise all the games I'm playing to my entire company... Can there please be an option to turn this off on certain servers?
