Allow to change order of pinned messages

Hello,

Currently pinned messages are ordered by timestamp at which they have been pinned.

E.G. if I want to pin two messages I would have to pin first msg2 and then msg1 to retain their chronological order.

It would be useful if admins had the ability to change the order of pinned messages.
