hide/report photo feature

as others have suggested before, an ability to hide or report (to server mods or discord, just any authority) an offensive/inappropriate/violent/disturbing photos, discord is widely used and i think thats not a big effort to implement such a feature? that would help alot of those who are using it, thanks.
