Custom emote compression
Discord appears to have recently changed the way it stores custom emotes, and it's caused a noticeable downgrade in the quality of the stored image. I use a lot of pixel-art emotes (hence, images with sharp edges and small overall sizes), and colors within the image have begun to bleed significantly into one another. The attached images (first, an old screenshot taken before the change, followed by a screenshot from today) highlight the degradation in the color quality, particularly visible around the edges of the orange area.

(I also noticed for the first time yesterday that Discord has begun saving custom emotes as .webp files— I don't check the original files of emotes very often, so I can't speak to how recently that change happened, but I figured I should mention it in case there is a correlation with the drop in quality. This is especially concerning since the emotes' image URLs also claim to be "quality=lossless".)
