phone number

so i cant even enter my main account since i changed my phone number to my alt and wanted to change back to my main but when i was logging in it said they need to verify my account but it needed a phone number so i use my phone number but it said "This phone number was recently used on another account" i waited for 5-3 hours it still says that pls tell me  i also already unlink the phone number in my alt
