Urgent and Non-urgent pings

Hi Discord,

So whenever I ping someone they have to look at what I post, even if it not urgent. I got trouble because I used the reply function that pinged, while it should be counted as not urgent. In my opinion and others there should be a change in how the reply function works and the addition of urgent and not urgent ping system.
