Randomly getting added to servers and are using bots to send server invites.

I have been facing some problems like randomly getting added in to some servers. I leave them and I get added to it somehow and they are using the bots like mee6 and other and sending invites through them. Is there any solution? 

And it will be really helpful if discord introduces some kinda option where we can delete the messages that are sent to us [in only our devise] because I don't want to block the bots and some people
