concatenate pings

On bigger servers it happens, that you need to ping certain groups of people.

Example: On our Uni-Discord we have AI, Informatics and then Xth. Semester.

If I want to ping all 3. Semester AI students it would be great to ping
@AI<CONCAT-SYMB>@3.Semester to not annoy other people.
