Prevention of Loss of Server by Malevolent third-parties

The idea in mind is giving original server owners the ability to give ownership to 2 or more discord users and that if say the original server owner's account was compromised, there would be a vote system implanted in Discord to prevent the OG owner's account culprit from deleting a long-lasting community server.
