New chat ping feature

You now how there's @everyone and @here pings right?
I had an idea where if you use the @here ping, it would show an overlay of the message that was sent along with the ping to everyone that was mentioned.
Say Server A has Chat 1 and Chat 2
Chat 1 had someone send a message with the @here ping and everyone that was mentioned with it was shown an overlay that would be positioned just right below the channel name of the chat channel and would stay there for idk maybe 15-30mins to make it much more noticeable especially when the ping was sent in an active chat, you could close it of course, it should be an option as to not make it intrusive.
