I can hear people sometimes but they cant hear me and then other times I hear them and they no hear me

when i am in a Voice Channel sometimes people and my friends can hear me but i cant hear any sound including them but then other times, in fact most times they can hear me but I cannot hear them. This has nothing to do with my headset I have tried even using my built in mic and other headsets as well I also tries installing different discord versions and even tried browser issue is always there.
