Hacked Account and support doesn’t respond

    They literally dont care. They would rather protect the actual criminals than stand with the long time users that was the actual owners of the hacked accounts. The same thing happened to me, only in my case my account was disabled by trust and safety over a fake charge that never happened. And I consider my account stolen by discord themselves.

    Call your bank at once and block your card! 

    They will sell your information...

    And if you make a charge-back there is a possibility Discord will disable the account which helps in someways than others.

    I've been waiting too long, my account got hacked since Jan 7, and sent discord a ticket to help me get my account back, but they didn't respond to me yet. My account is 6 years old, and have the supporter badge, I supported discord from the beginning, I asked them to remove my cards at least, but they didn't reply back.

    they don't care, it's like they are saying just make a new account.

    I've literally just taken it upon myself to warn people because Discord has done such a bad job of warning it's users of the phishing attacks and putting security measures to help their client-base, especially Nitro users who actually have their credit card information on their platform.

    So far, nothing from support and honestly losing hope from reading all these forums.

    Yeah same getting the info of other people saying the same thing happened to them and support ignored them makes me think they are just gonna let them have my account and let them keep charging my card
