Reply feature tweaks

The chat would be more readable if spoilered messages that have been unhidden are also unhidden where they are displayed for replies.

It would also be nice if there were some way to discourage using the reply feature on the very last message, or at least a cleaner interface in that case. People do it a lot and it clutters things, plus the inconsistent (and sometimes frequent) pinging and highlighting can be annoying.
