Forum-like signatures to our about mes

i was thinking about old forum things and the things they did and i remembered these exist!
you can add them to your about me so it doesnt clutter up the chat, theyre community uploaded to say a part of discord similar to how the server discovery tab works just so nobody uploads some funky weird stuff. idk just cool idea
