Open text chat in voice channel

Hi guys! 

2 questions:

1. System for my friend on his server somehow offered to try out a new feature - Open chat directly in an existing voice channel. In my opinion, this is a great feature that allows you not to create a separate text channel on a particular topic, but to keep only a voice channel that has a new built-in text chat.

I studied admin panel, but could not find how to enable this feature.

2. I send an invite to a friend's voice channel. From the mobile application, he immediately enters my room, but if you do this from a PC, then nothing happens, the system does not throw him into the voice room. Is this ever going to be fixed?

    As Question1, I can't find how to enable the new feature too. Hope to know how to enable it!

    yoyoyo official answer from support: 

    Just a reminder, this feature (char in voice channel) is not yet fully released and only a few users have access to it for testing. That said, it is expected to have glitches/bugs. If you would like to see changes to these systems in the future, then you can definitely vote up the suggestions at feedback.discord.com.

    It would really help us out if you upvote the idea since feedback contributes greatly to our decision-making of which features and fixes to implement in the future based on what our community wants.

    I'm so sorry again that we don't have a current solution for you at this time, but I like to think that anything is possible in the future.

    It would be so nice if voice channels get a seperate own text chat that only peoples in voicechannel will see.

    It would be so great assuming voice channels get a seperate own text talk that main people groups in voicechannel will see.

    When this feature is fully implemented I would love it to have bot combability. We have separate text chats for our voice channels even with this feature because the new chats are not compatible with voice bots.
