adding a standard emoticon-flag CIS

Hello, it would be very cool of you to add the CIS flag to the list of standard flag emoticons. Many multinational communities, united by the use of the Russian language but living in completely different countries, have to use a lot of flags in the text, or the flag of Russia. Instead, it would be great if there was an opportunity to put the flag of the CIS (you have the UN flag, it would be perfect for a pair of CIS).
