Slowmode filters

So recently a server I'm in had to revoke attachment perms from the main chat due to excessive image spamming. This has created some frustration among members obviously. It would be great if slowmode could be given some filters that would allow it to apply only to messages that contain attachments (such as images, embeds, files, etc.) versus being an all or nothing type of thing. Let's say a user sends a message with attachment, then slowmode would stop them from sending another attachment for the set amount of time, but they would still be able to send messages without attachments freely.
