Discord Screen Share Lag

I lag whenever I screen share certain games like valorant and league of legends. It looks fine on my end but my friends say it's lagging. tried many ways to fix it such as hardware acceleration, resetting settings, deleting and reinstalling. restarting PC. it also lags my voice and makes it cut off. it's not the wifi because it works fine on my phone and my laptop

    i have the same problem, the share screen works fine until i launch any game like rocket league or any other game it starts lagging and my friends say that my voice is also lagging
