ive been banned from using vc

i dont know what ive done but im not allowed to vc anyone or join any vc's. it keeps saying rtc connecting and no route. i tried every solution to fix it so dont give suggestions. the only other thing that could explain why i cant vc is thaty ive been banned but ive genuinely done nothing
