My account was disabled for "being in a server that glorifies or promotes violence".
I joined a discord group that I got from a steam account and I was curious what's it all about. After seeing some hard gore vids I realized how crazy this is (At any part of me being in the group didnt involve me sending videos), I left all the groups (3) , it was only around 5-10 mins that I also played csgo and I didnt pay attention to the groups. A day later I wake up and my acount is disabled. I appeal it because I dont understand what's the reason to disable my account if im not involved in spreading gore videos nor was an admin in servers associating to it. after I appealed it i check 2 days later and it says my ticket is "solved", what's solved??? no one answered my ticket, my account is still disabled and I dont get a response. Please fix it I have many chats with friends that I dont want to lose, people I only have saved on my discord and chats that i made with myself to save my finale sheets. Please unlock my account

From my personal experience getting disabled, I had to appeal several dozen times before anything happened. So basically thats your option, other than making another acc.
