Provide non-server members access to voice channel

With this feature, a member of a Discord server has the possibility to take a user who is not a member into a voice channel.

The user would be marked with a guest icon in the voice channel, you can see who's guest it is if you hover over it. The guest only see the voice channel that he is currently in.

He can invited likewise if you would call sb and if you are already in a call with a person and you are trying to join a voice channel, a model will appear and ask you if you would like to take the person with you.

When the "host / provider" leaves he can delegate the host-state.

The host has always the possibility to kick out the guest.
