Request for Desktop notifications delay similar to the Push notification delay

Like many people, I sometimes have Discord not far from my mind hidden behind some windows while I attend to something else, but I'll get to it, and while Desktop Notifications are very useful, I generally don't need them to be immediate.

Can we have an option to delay them, effectively making them conditional on the message being seen within a certain timeframe, like we have with push notifications?
