Reduced Admin Permisions
Currently, there is only one admin privalage permission, which is very powerful. Could we have similar permission that allows for the ability to use some admin effects, however, they cannot alter aspects of the server without someone with full admin privileges agreeing to it?
Any other views on this would be greatly appreciated.

a server I'm in has a "manager" role for that purpose (to an end). they don't need an admin's permission, but they don't have full admin powers either; nearly the full powers.
