Streaming/Sharing Multiple Applications One Device

This is probably a fairly uncommon use case... I want to be able to stream multiple windows/games/monitors at once in discord. For example, I have game A on my left monitor and game B on my right monitor, then I stream both of them separately in discord and they show up as two streams in discord people in the server can watch. :)
