Put a warning on "Scan QR Code" page

Since a lot of people getting scammed while trying to "verify" themselves in scam discord servers, I think putting a warning like "THIS ACTION IS GOING TO GIVE LOGIN ACCESS TO YOUR DISCORD ACCOUNT. DO NOT SCAN ANY QR CODE IF YOU DON'T REALLY TRUST" on scan page would be a good idea.

  There already is one, a lot of people tend to ignore red text though for some reason.
