Formatted Discord message links/URLs (i.e. references)

Dear Discord,

Thank you very much for the marvelous project!

What if Discord message links would appear as buttons, icons, or short references with a tooltip/alt tag previewing the full URL? Clicking on those would either scroll to the message or show a popup.

What if Discord messages would embed and show a preview of the references message. The embed might be even hidden by default and provide a button to either reveal it. The embed would have a reference allowing to scroll to the actual message.

Sometimes, Discord message URLs/references in chats are relatively overwhelming and such feature would significantly help to reduce such message sizes on screens.

For example, a reference like: `https://discord.com/channels/01234567890123456789/01234567890123456789/01234567890123456789`...

...would appear as icon/button (e.g. ⤴️), message "Jump to Message", date like "19 July at 18:57", or similar: https://i.imgur.com/3ui4SAB.png
