Soft-block or hide messages without blocking

I'd like to suggest an option to hide a user's messages without blocking them, because with blocking they will know that you blocked them when they try to interact with you. I hope the Discord team will consider this option because there are circumstances wherein blocking them can get awkward especially if that person is someone you will have to interact with sooner or later.
