discord nitro scam access

I accidently enabled joining server access to the bot, but after that I returned the Google page once. I don't know if I enabled access or not, but I just got randomly invited by the bot (they also sent me another nitro scam).

I want to ask if I can disable the access or not get invited by the bot.
