Quick voice clips?

I'm sure this idea has sprung up before but it would be cool if there was a feature where you can send a quick voice clip in via chat to play to others. Maybe like the maximum time for a voice clip maybe 30 seconds? IDK thought it would be cool and easy way to send voice messages.
