In regard to pausing Invites - auto-pause invites when a new member joins, for [x] minutes

A good idea would be to implement auto-pausing all server invites when a new member joins, for a couple of minutes or so just because.

It could be stored in the Safety Setup category of Moderation, and would be useful for servers that don't already get a high density of joins regardless.

It would also help prevent raids by increasing the time padding between new members joining.
