AutoMod Spam Customization

Since the AutoMod spam filter looks limited, guess I'll try to make some suggestions on it

Bulk-block messages sent in a short period of time
Such as, 2-10 messages per 0.1-4 seconds (or 100-4000 milliseconds if you don't want to type decimals)

Block if AutoMod detects reaction spam
i have no idea how this should be customizable

Block if AutoMod detects the chat is clogged by attachments, stickers, etc
Such as, duplicated images, sticker spam, etc etc
Duplicated images would take 4-10 times to be blocked
Sticker spam would take 3-15 times to be blocked


Since setting up this may be hard, there are a few presets to choose from:
Lenient
Normal (basically the default settings)
Strict
add more if you like

ig you can go back to what it was before
all this can be tweaked (min/max values, etc)
