QOL Friend Disabling Addidion [Suggestion]

[Suggestion] 

Add an optional (and customizable) message that will be shown to users who try to friend you when you have friend requests disabled.

e.g. (I am X the other user is Y)

Y tried to friend me, but my requests are off.

"X has friend requests disabled."

(Next line) "[The message set by X]

It could be a message such as, "Contact me at xxxx#0000!"
