WHERE IS THE STICKER SHOP?
During our soft launch, you'll be able to access the Sticker Shop on our desktop, browser, and iOS client.
Note: Unfortunately, Android users won’t be able to purchase stickers during the soft launch, but our team is working on adding this soon.
MOBILE INSTRUCTIONS
If you're on the mobile app and you want to start growing your sticker collection, press on the emoji symbol (that looks like a smiley face) in the chat/text box and you’ll see the Emoji, Gif and Sticker tab appear.
Press on the Stickers Tab and the press on the shop icon bottom right hand to start viewing all the available sticker packs.
DESKTOP/BROWSER INSTRUCTIONS
For desktop and browser users, click on the sticker symbol (in between the gif and emoji icon) in your message bar.
Once clicked, you can then click on the shop icon in the bottom left hand corner to start viewing all the available sticker packs.
HOW TO VIEW STICKER PACKS
When you're in the Sticker Shop menu, you'll be able to scroll through this menu and view all the available sticker packs for purchase.
You'll only be shown a sample of the stickers in the pack, but if you're curious about what other stickers are included, press the View All button to see the full pack.
How Long Will a Sticker Pack Be Available for Purchase?
The Sticker Shop will continuously rotate in and out new sticker packs over time so that there’s always a new variety of ways to express yourself with different characters and expressions in Discord.
To make sure you’re getting the sticker packs you want before they rotate out of the shop, you can see how long the stickers will be in the Sticker Shop in the time stamp right beside the title of the sticker pack.
When you hover over the time stamp, you’ll also see a warning that the stickers are available for purchase for a limited time.
Note: Once these stickers are purchased, they will stay in your sticker inventory permanently.
Nitro and Stickers
If you're a Nitro subscriber, then you can enjoy some cool sticker perks as well. There are some sticker packs that are a part of our Nitro subscription perks (indicated by the Nitro symbol on the sticker pack), and you'll be able to see the stickers you can claim based on the green button that says "Free".
For $4.99 Nitro Classic Subscribers:
With your subscription, you can claim the What's Up Wumpus sticker pack and add it to your inventory for the lifetime of your account.
For $9.99 Nitro Subscribers:
With your subscription, you can 1) add the What's Up Wumpus sticker pack to your inventory for life, and 2) you'll be able to access the Wumpus Nitro Elite pack for as long as you're actively subscribed.
Note: If you're an active $9.99 Nitro subscriber, you’ll also get a 33% discount whenever you purchase a Sticker Pack.
HOW TO BUY/REDEEM A STICKER PACK
Once you've decided which sticker pack you want, press on the purchase buttons right beside the title of the sticker pack of your choice.
If you’d like to simultaneously sign up for Nitro and get a discount, you can directly press the green button!
From there, you'll need to fill in your payment information (or select a saved payment method) and double check that you agree to Discord Terms of Service.
Lastly, all you need to do is press the "Purchase" button to add the sticker pack to your inventory and start using them in chat.
Note: We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for sticker purchases except where required by law. So make sure you're sure before buying your sticker pack.

HOW TO SEND/USE STICKERS IN CHAT
Now that you've acquired your Sticker Pack, you can start sending stickers in your servers and DMs.
Note: During our soft launch, only desktop and iOS users will be able to purchase and send stickers, but any platform can receive and view stickers (including Android).
MOBILE INSTRUCTIONS
If you're on the mobile app, press on the emoji symbol once more to bring up the Stickers tab
From this menu, you can:
- Easily view your most frequently used stickers
- Switch between sticker packs by selecting the specific Sticker Pack logo in the bottom bar
- Search for a specific emotion/expression by typing directing in the search bar (where it says "Find the perfect sticker")!
Once you’ve found the sticker you want to use, tap on the sticker, and your sticker will now directly send in chat.
DESKTOP/BROWSER INSTRUCTIONS
For desktop and browser users, click on the sticker symbol in your message bar, and you'll be able to directly see your Sticker Inventory.
Similar to the mobile app,
- You can easily view your most frequently used stickers
- You can quickly switch between sticker packs by selecting the specific Sticker Pack logo in the left side bar
- You'll be able to search for a specific emotion/expression by typing directing in the search bar
From this menu, you now can click on the sticker, and your sticker will now directly send in chat.
Note: Stickers are standalone messages - that means you can't send any text or other media along with your sticker.
Stickers Settings
If you ever want to modify or disable sticker animations for your app, you can head to your User Settings, then press the Text & Images tab (in the left side bar on the desktop/browser client).
When you scroll down, you’ll see a section dedicated to sticker controls when they animate. From here, you can select whether you’d like stickers to:
- Always animate
- Animate on interactions
- Never animate

General Questions
During this launch, will non-Canadian users be able to receive stickers?
A: Yes, users outside Canada will be able to see stickers in messages that are sent to them - but they won't be able to purchase or send stickers themself.
Is there an ETA for when this will globally launch?
A: We don't have an exact ETA for when this will be globally released, but stay tuned for more details!
On which OS/clients can I use stickers?
A: During our soft launch, only desktop and iOS users will be able to purchase and send stickers, but any platform can receive and view stickers (including Android).

Account/Subscription Questions
If I purchase a sticker pack, will it stay with my account forever or is this subscription based?
A: Once you buy a sticker pack, that pack will be available for the lifetime of your
Account. It's important to note:
- The Wumpus Nitro Elite sticker pack is only accessible while you have a current $9.99
- Nitro subscription.
- If your account is deleted, then you lose access to the sticker packs you've purchased.
Can I purchase these special stickers? Why can't I buy Wumpus Elite?
A: Unfortunately, these stickers are only available to our active Nitro subscribers, and not available for purchase.
Can I transfer my stickers to another Discord account?
A: Sadly, stickers are non-transferable. You’ll only be able to use the stickers on the Discord account that it was purchased on.
What if I’m locked out of my account - do I get a refund for my stickers?
A: No, we do not offer refunds on purchases if you're unable to access your account.

Sticker Rotation Questions
Will these limited-time stickers come back into the shop in the future?
A: There's no guarantee that the sticker pack will become available for purchase again in the future. However, you can share your suggestion to our feedback page so others can vote up the request to bring back a specific pack in the future.
Why do some packs rotate and others don't?
A: Packs will rotate out because we want to make sure that there’s a consistent flow of new content, giving you access to new expressions, characters and scenes! We also want to make sure content is relevant to outside of Discord (summer stickers in summer, for example), so packs are removed to make space for new ones.

What is the refund policy for stickers?
A: We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for sticker purchases except where required by law.
Can I gift stickers?
A: Unfortunately you aren’t able to gift sticker packs right now, but our team is working to add it in soon.

Sticker Issues/Bugs
Why isn’t my sticker moving? Why isn’t my sticker showing up?
A: If your sticker isn't moving, you may need to change you Sticker Settings in your Text and Images tab (within your user settings). If that doesn’t work though, contact us at http://dis.gd/contact to look into this further!
