Remove tag limit on forums or allow moderators to bypass it
Posts having a tag limit of 5 is inconvenient, because it doesn't allow for moderator tagging to work at all. If a user can select 5 tags, it prevents moderators from adding any moderator only tags. For example, if a moderator wants to add an FAQ tag to a post, or wants to set the status of a post ticket-style.
The limit is annoying to begin with, and makes it impossible to really utilize moderator-only tags, let alone just utilize the tags in the first place. It feels unnecessary, when there can be up to 20 possible tags for the whole channel. This means that there'll be 3 more tags you can't assign for every tag clicked, and there is no way around this.
It seems odd to have a per-post tag limit at all when there is already a per-channel tag limit. There should only be one or the other, or moderators should be able to bypass the tag limit. I've also found numerous other posts expressing completely different concerns around the forum channel tag limits.
On top of this, the interface already supports more than 5 tags. There is no user-facing reason for the limit to exist, and a limit of 5 tags saves Discord no data, so, I don't see any technical reason why there should only be 5.
Please consider changing this!

agreed, would love to see the limit removed. it feels arbitrary and is preventing wider use of the feature.

Yes, please remove that useless limitation … i manager a TTRPG forum and do you know how mutch system exist there XD
