New profile side banner in the way
I get that discord wants to help users show off their nitro unlocks better but can we please have a way to turn off the banner that was placed on the right side of the app for direct messages.
I keep my setting set to cozy for its exact description: "modern, beautiful, and easy on your eyes." The banner added in the last update definitely does not qualify for this, it looks more like the compact display is set.
Can we just have a way to turn it off and get it out of the way?

Strongly agree!
It constantly draws your eyes to the upper right corner, away from the chat, which is incredibly annoying
It disrupts the design and ability to choose your app appearance, by being forced to have peoples profile design on big display.
It also means people have no privacy whatsoever when using discord in public settings, this banner is just absolutely advertising to Everybody who a person is talking to.
Please make this optional, it affects the users experience of discord very negatively.

8 minutes later, I found a button that you can remove it with! to the left of the search bar at the top right of the screen there's a button that if you hover over it says "hide user profile". I think a better option would be an X in the corner of the user profile sidebar, but it IS optional!
