Default voice volume for other users

Default voice volume for people is 100
For larger community servers it can be a pain to move 100+ people down to ~50%
In the settings there should be an option to default a voice volume for all people in the chat.
This could be in the form of an 'apply to all' button as a shortcut.
Volumes can then be changed/be more specific as it currently is.
