    If you paid with PayPal, go to their resolution centre and check if you absolutely don't have any open disputes. Possibly contact their support and ask as well.

    If you paid with a credit card directly, perhaps call your bank and ask if they disputed any transactions on your behalf.

    Also you can check the status of your ticket at https://dis.gd/mytickets to make sure you don't miss any emails

    Amy I didint paid with paypal, I paid with a credit card, I've already checked with the bank, I have never ISSUED a chargeback for the payments of my account, nitro was paid,money was taken, just how its meant to work

    Also i cannot check the status of my ticket,as the account linked to the ticket IS disabled, so i have no way to access it or anything related to it.

    Support site accounts are separate from discord accounts. You only need to have the same email as your discord email. So if you can't see the ticket under the support site account you're typing from now then simply log out, click log in, and click the "Have you emailed us? Get a password"

    Well, here's the account, and sadly still the ticket is going on is fifth day, and still 0 answer from the support, hopefully i can get an answer this week.
