Advantages of cliet modifications

There are many client modifications like "Better Discord" that can give users acces to functions that original Discord does not have. Some of this functions are really annoying and imbalance.

For examle function that give ability to see names of hided channels. When I create channels that some members can't see I also want what this members won't be able to find out about their existence. But when they use modifications they can see it. I want to make name of this channels secrets like content in this channel but I can't! 

Also I hate function that give access to see all permission settings of channel

Discord, please restrict some information that users can take from "API"!!!
