Miss role mentions in busy channels

We often miss role mentions in channels when there are many messages in the channel. I cannot find them when searching for my username because one of my roles was mentioned. However, I cannot jump to these mentions, and I often miss important information. I also can't determine which of my roles was mentioned (and searching the channel for the role name returns those words but not necessarily role mentions). I can only Jump To Present, but I can't jump to the earliest new mention. Would you add a way to jump to the earliest new mention and/or a way to search for role mentions in the search field?
