Extra Boosting Feature

I have made a Discord Server, where my Staff has to change their Profile Picture to their Staff Profile Picture. The thing is, no one wants to do that, because they also want to keep their own Profile Pic. I know that to change the Profile Picture in Individual Servers you need Discord Nitro, but wouldn't it be nice if at Level 2 or 3 Server Boost you can change your Profile Picture for just the server? I am also loosing a lot of Staff Members, due to that.
