Half Dialog Box Bug

I wanted to add my riot games and xbox account to discord but while I was doing that It opened the dialog box for me to let xbox have the permission to access my account. But I could not scroll it down to click on Next/Ok/Give Permission. I just ignored it and same thing happened with Riot games So I thought It was a problem with my Laptop and tried to reset it. But even after 3 days of it happening It still shows half the dialog box and now it even happens with reporting texts . Please help me.
I gave all information to discord support and i guess they didn't understand me and told me to make a post here. Thanks a lot to them though. I tried the other discord clients but it just doesnt work for me. I am unable to report texts and this is a really worrying problem.
