Voice Call Captions and Caption Overlay / CC accessibility feature

I would highly appreciate a CC feature for voice/video calls and a caption overlay that I can move around while I’m on a different application or while playing a game.

I’m autistic and I have difficulty communicating verbally and hearing others properly. There are times where it’s extremely difficult talking to others on vc without text descriptions or captions. Then have to repeatedly ask what someone said in order for me to understand them. So that’s how I personally could find use in such a feature. This could also highly benefit those who are hard of hearing or deaf.

Here are some things I think would be helpful with such a feature.

• Adjustable overlay
• Translation captions
• Transcript menu for previous sentences said by users
• Caption bar with username and profile picture to help with organization
